What are Air Purifying Banners and how can they help our Council
Central government are wanting councils to encourage their constituents to recycle more and reduce their carbon footprints. By using our clean air coated banners, councils can promote these messages whilst doing their bit in removing NOx gases.
How Do Air Purifying Banners Work?
Once printed, our banners are coated with the innovative Clean Air solution. Clean Air contains TiO2 nano particles that cause a chemical reaction when harmful gases pass over it. In the case of NOx, it splits the atoms in to Nitrogen and Oxygen, with the nitrate particles clinging to the banner and getting washed off by rain or the cleaning process and the Oxygen going into the atmosphere.
Did you know that NOx is 298 times more harmful to the earths stratosphere than CO2?

HD Banners printed and installed into exiting Agripa frames. Some remedial work carried out.
Cheshire East Council
Cheshire East became the first council to use our Air Purifying Banners across x10 vehicles. HD Banners printed, coated with Clean Air and installed to Agripa frames. Over the course of a year, this campaign will remove around 3,363 average car journeys of NOx – equivalent to 2,035kg of CO2.
